1. 무관용 원칙 · Zero Tolerance
Mapix는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다. 아동을 성적으로 묘사·조장·미화하거나 아동을 대상으로 한 그루밍, 성적 접근, 착취 시도를 포함한 모든 콘텐츠와 행위를 금지합니다.
Mapix has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors — including grooming, sexual advances toward minors, or the distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — is strictly prohibited.
2. 인앱 신고 · In-App Reporting
모든 사용자 생성 콘텐츠(핀·댓글·프로필·메시지)에는 신고 기능이 있습니다. 지도·피드의 콘텐츠 ⋯ 메뉴에서 즉시 신고할 수 있으며, 문제 사용자는 차단할 수 있습니다. 신고는 운영팀이 검토하며 임계치 초과 시 자동으로 노출이 차단됩니다.
Every piece of user-generated content (pins, comments, profiles, messages) can be reported in-app via the ⋯ menu, and users can be blocked. Reports are reviewed by our team, and content is automatically hidden once a report threshold is reached.
3. 조치 · Enforcement
CSAE 관련 위반이 확인되면 해당 콘텐츠를 즉시 삭제하고 계정을 영구 정지하며, 관련 법률에 따라 국내외 관계 당국(예: 경찰청, NCMEC 등) 및 관련 기관에 신고합니다.
Confirmed CSAE violations result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination, and are reported to the relevant national and international authorities (e.g., law enforcement, NCMEC) as required by applicable law.
4. 연령 정책 · Age Policy
Mapix는 만 18세 이상을 대상으로 하는 서비스이며, 스토어 연령 등급도 18+로 설정되어 있습니다.
Mapix is intended for users aged 18 and older, and is rated 18+ on app stores.
